Once you decide to proceed, you pay the ATA fee and we schedule your 45-minute deep-dive. We analyse your complete financial picture: savings, income, debts, borrowing capacity. We identify money you can save right now — before you spend a dollar on property. You receive a personalised property strategy roadmap.
ATA Upfront Fee: $1,390 — Settlement Fee: $3,400 (only if you purchase)
