Refer Someone You Know
Tell a friend, family member, or colleague about TNC Group. Share the website, mention Wade's name, or send them directly to book a free 15-min call. There is no formal referral form — just a genuine introduction.
They Complete a Purchase
When the person you referred completes a property purchase through TNC Group, your referral reward is triggered. The reward is paid at settlement of their property — the same time they complete their purchase.
You Get Paid
Your referral reward is paid directly to you. $3,000 for your first referral, scaling up to $10,000 for your fifth. Five successful referrals = $37,000 total. Then the cycle resets and begins again.

Who qualifies as a referral?
Anyone you introduce to TNC Group who was not already in contact with us. Simply mention our name, share our website, or have them book a call saying you sent them.
When is the reward paid?
Your reward is paid at settlement of the property purchase by the person you referred. This is typically 30–90 days after contracts are signed.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
No limit. Refer as many people as you like. After your fifth referral earns the $37,000 total, the program resets and you begin again at $3,000 for your next referral.
Do I need to be a TNC Group client to refer someone?
The referral program is primarily for existing TNC Group clients. If you are not yet a client and want to refer someone, contact Wade directly to confirm eligibility.
What if my referral does not end up purchasing?
No purchase, no referral payment. The reward is only triggered when the person you referred successfully settles on a property through TNC Group.
